We ship Monday-Friday and most pakages are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. We use USPS First Class mail with e-delivery confirmation. Most packages are received within 5 business days. If it has been longer then 5 days, you can track your package using the tracking info you received by email the day the package was shipped or you can view your order status by selecting "Order Status" under the Service tab.
