For your protection, we strongly recommend that you ship packages insured with traceable confirmation such as UPS or USPS with E-Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
REFUNDS A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Shipping and handling fee is non refundable. A refund will be credited within 48 hours in the same form as the original payment type and an email confirmation will be sent to you once we process your return. Please note that it might take up to 7 days for the refund credit to be reflected on your credit card account.
EXCHANGES 7 day exchange policy. We will gladly exchange any merchandise you purchase for something else within 7 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in unused, unworn and perfect condition, and must include all authenticity cards, dust bag and/or box. To exchange an item please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form here.
Rteturn Authorization We will issue you an RMA code so you can return your merchandise for an exchange. As soon as we receive the returned merchandise, we will send out the new merchandise you are requesting and debit or credit you the difference. A flat processing fee of $5 is applied for all exchanges. You will be issued a new tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 days for package to arrive.
